It depends on the type and amount of debris. V&S offers 15-, 20-, 30-, and 40-yard containers. Small cleanouts usually fit a 15-yard, while larger remodeling, roofing, construction, and commercial projects may need a 20-, 30-, or 40-yard container. Weight above the included allowance is charged at $100 per additional ton, based on the disposal facility scale ticket.

Our standard rental period is 7 days. If you need it longer, additional rental days are available for $20 per day, subject to availability.

Containers can usually be placed on a driveway, parking lot, jobsite, or other firm, level surface with enough clearance for the delivery truck. Placement on a public street or right-of-way may require a permit.

We take care when placing containers, but roll-off containers and trucks are heavy. Older, cracked, thin, or weak concrete or asphalt can be damaged. We recommend placing the container on a strong, level surface and using protective boards when appropriate.

Usually, no. As long as we have clear placement instructions and the delivery area is accessible, we can deliver without you being present.

Do not place hazardous or restricted materials in the container, including chemicals, paint, fuel, oils, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, liquids, explosives, or other hazardous materials. Tires, appliances, mattresses, and certain other items may require advance approval or additional fees.

Yes, but only with prior approval. Concrete, dirt, brick, block, asphalt, and other heavy materials require separate pricing and may need a specific container size or fill limit because of weight restrictions.

If the container is blocked, inaccessible, overloaded, or unsafe to haul, a $175 blocked or unsuccessful pickup fee may apply. Additional charges may also apply if the container must be relocated before pickup.
